The Death from the Skies sidequest is very easily missed. Head to the north area of Meridian and find the town of Pitchcliff. Earned: +6250 XP +1 Extraordinary Reward Box
You can have access to the quest from a dying Osernam on the road near Meridian or head directly to Pitchcliff and kill some Glinthawks.
Meet the town Mayor and he sends you on a wild goose chase that eventually leads you to a fight with the Stormbird.
If you are having issues there is a trench you can hide in while fighting the Stormbird to get a quick break.
